Dear Beloveds,
What a glorious month we have had, focusing in on Love from a number of perspectives. We complete our month this Sunday with a talk on "Love's Descent," or the way Divine Love involves Itself in the world through each of us. SImply by opening our hearts compassionately, choosing to be awake and aware to the suffering in the world, we become a part of the healing path. I often hear people say, "I just tune all of the yucky stuff out. It brings down my vibration." Difficult news can bring us down, if unchecked, but we gain so much by choosing to remain aware and attuned. After all, how can we use the Power for Good that is Greater Than All of Us if we don't know what to pray for? How can we use our infinite creative potential to serve the world if we have closed our ears, and therefore our hearts?
This Sunday, we're going to explore how we can more fully and effectively use the tools we have been given to be a center of Love's Descent, right where we are. I hope you will join us, and stay for the Town Hall. Rev. Karin will be home, and we have wonderful news to share!
