 ged from the ancient wisdom of world religions and philosophies.  This cl
 ass is a history prerequisite for Practitioner Training (in place of Roots
 ).\nErnest Holmes wrote\, “The Science of Mind is an outgrowth of the sp
 iritual faith which people have had throughout the ages.” The phrase “
 New Thought\, Ancient Wisdom” points to this connection\, blending moder
 n metaphysical teachings (New Thought) with the timeless insights of ancie
 nt spiritual and philosophical traditions. Ancient Wisdom and Science of M
 ind explores the bridge between the universal spiritual principles found i
 n ancient wisdom traditions and the Science of Mind Declaration of Princip
 les. Each of the five modules highlights specific principles and invites s
 tudents to reflect on how these ideas have been expressed and lived in div
 erse cultures and times throughout history.
